How to make
1. Cut the elastic cords to the length 6-7 inch
2. Use the silver threader and climp the cord, use the circle and slide up to fix the cord(the circle could slide up and down to adjust the position
3. With the help of the pen or chopstic, put the fabric strip on the pen and roll up
4. Let the silver threader through the interior of the strip
5. Take off the silver threader and pen, knot the of the elastic cord( advise to make the knot shorter, the finish product would look more beautiful)
6. Straighten out the fabric strip to one direction to avoid wrap from different direction
7.Fold the both edge top(fabric strip)into half and use needles to sew it. .
Tips
To protect your finger, we advise use finger cots while sewing

For extra butterflies, you can sew it on the hair band or sew it on the bag or pencil case as a decoration
If you do not know how to sew the hair band, you can use the glue instead of the needles
